Ronald Paul Hubert (born April 10, 1961) is currently a member of the London, Ontario, City Council representing Ward 8. Hubert is also the Executive Director of Pathways Skill Development & Placement Centre in London. == Personal life == Paul Hubert was born April 10, 1961, in Toronto. He has been a resident of London since 1999. His father Ronald Hubert was Vice-President of Employee Relations for Eatons of Canada. His mother Shirley was a homemaker to three children. Hubert married Joan Kemp in 1988, and they have three children: Alexandra, Nicholas, and Zachary. In 1984, Hubert graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a B.A. in Psychology, with his thesis "Custody & Access Project, London Family Court Clinic." In 1993, he graduated from the University of Guelph with a M.A. in Psychology, with his thesis "Desistence: The Process of Change in Young Offenders."
